What details you require for a precise quotation?
For a quick and precise quote, you need to tell us the following

  1. Size of the bag
  2. Color preferred
  3. Quantity required
  4.  Printing details, if any
  5. Full Postal Address
  6. Shipping Option ( By Sea, By Air And Door to Door Courier)

You may send us above details us via mail/Fax. We shall send you the detail offer within 24 hours of receiving your mail/fax. 

Is the sample product readily available with you? 
Most of the samples of our products are readily available. Any customized job  usually is  ready within 5 working days and are delivered via registered airmail on "To pay" basis. Other-wise you have to provide their DHL or FEDEX account details. As soon we get the account number from our client, we dispatch the sample product without making any delay.

Is your firm accepting any small quantity orders? 
Yes, we always welcome small quantity orders and sample orders. 

What if I want another style or something special developed?
If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, tell us what you’d like and what your budget is. We can usually work out a great solution for you.

Can I send you my design by email?
Yes, you can email us the design in jpeg/pdf file formats.

What are the shipping options? How long does it take?
There are 3 options: Sea shipping, Airfreight and door to door courier (offered by FedEx, UPS etc)

Sea shipping usually takes about 5 weeks and is the cheapest. You need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods at the seaport and bring it to your doorstep.

Airfreight usually takes anywhere between 8 and 12 days and is costlier. You need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods at the airport and bring it to your doorstep.

Door to Door Courier is quickest but expensive and takes between 5 and 10 days. You need not appoint a customs broker to clear the goods. The courier will get it done and bring it to your doorstep.

What kind of pre-shipment inspections available? 
Inspection may be carried out by importers  if required by authorized representative or by any international agency like S.G.S. / other reputed agency prior to dispatch, against dispatch clearance issued in favor of us. 

Where do you ship out from? Do you have a distributor in my country?
All our products are shipped out of JNPT OR NSICT/Mumbai port in India.  We do not have any sales agent or distributor.

What are the payment options?
We accept payment by Wire Transfer (T.T.) or 100% confirmed L/C at sight of any prime bank.

Why the products that you deal are different from other exporters? 
We select products keeping in mind that the product should be useful in day-to-day life. The quality, competitive prices, unique in design and durability are some main features of our products. So, the importers can easily sell the products that are imported from us, against good margin.
